Loose Stools
Comprehensive Article
on Bowel Health
A lot of people have written us
asking if loose stools or constipation is related to big hips,
buttocks, and thighs. The answer is yes.
A lot has been said
about how constipation is a major health concern, how it causes toxins
to be reabsorbed into the body and how fat cells absorb the toxins
causing cellulite, big hips, thighs and buttocks. Loose stools is also a major health
concern, because it too allows toxins to enter back into the
bloodstream. Sometimes even more so than constipation.
Toxins in the bloodstream cause a
variety of health problems.
1. Toxins are absorbed by fat
cells. Fat cells are natural sponges which absorb excess food as
well as toxins. Fat cells will grow to many times their original
size due to their absorption characteristics.
2. Toxins in the bloodstream
cause pimples. Your body naturally releases toxins through the
skin, the largest organ of the body.
3. Toxins in the bloodstream
are normally filtered out by the liver. Excessive toxins cause
the liver to work much harder than it should, causing an overload
condition which leads to liver disease.
Excessive toxins in the bloodstream
cause numerous health problems, too many to name here.
Human Stools
It is important to have well formed
stools in which the peristaltic motion of the colon can act on.
Peristaltic motion is the alternate muscular contractions and
dilations of the colon which push the contents along.
It is also important to have a good
mucosal lining in the bowels. The mucosal lining also keeps the
toxins from being reabsorbed.
Stools should be 4" to 8" long,
medium brown in color, a little firmer than toothpaste, and should not
be fowl smelling. Stools should also leave the body easily and
slowly sink in the toilet water.
Intestinal Bowel
Soother
is a natural herbal formula for relief of loose stools, occasional
diarrhea or bowel irritation.
