Headaches & Migraines
Headaches (including migraines) are often
caused by a hidden fungal infection such as candida. Many people
have now found headache relief by taking antiseptic-type herbs
to kill off the infection. Antibiotics will not kill these types of
fungal infections. In fact, antibiotics promote fungal infections.
Everyone has candida, a form of yeast
fungus that is
normally found in the human digestive tract, the vagina, and on the skin. In healthy individuals with strong, functioning immune systems, it is
harmless and kept in check by the beneficial bacteria occupying the same
space. When the balance of intestinal bacteria (flora) is altered, the immune
system becomes compromised and candida begins to proliferate, infecting
organs and tissues of the body such as your sinuses and head in general.
Directly after
eating, nutrients travel throughout
the body including the head via the bloodstream.
The germs feed, multiply, the tissues swell and the result is a headache.
Headaches are also experienced with not eating for an extended period
of time. This is due to infection die-off (the infection not having enough nutrients to
survive). As the infection dies off, the head will ache due to the
toxins which are released into the bloodstream from the dieing germs.
It can be a vicious cycle. Your head can ache
when you eat and it can ache when you don't eat.
The object is to kill off the infection at a controlled rate, thereby
preventing the die-off symptoms from becoming intolerable.

Other causes of headache are:
1. Blood circulation restriction (which is
sometimes caused by candida overgrowth)
2. Dehydration
3. Skeletal misalignment
4. Injury
