Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments are sometimes
necessary to realign the skeletal structure.
Many subluxations (misalignments) are due to physical
accidents such as falling, sports, auto accidents, etc. Others are
due to stretching, sleeping or sitting in poor positions, etc. But what most
people do not know is that infections such as invasive candidiasis are the blame for
many subluxations.
Invasive candidiasis is the most common
infection causing or magnifying subluxations. The infection eats away at tissues, tendons and bones. When tendons become infected, they scar
and contract, pulling your skeletal structure out of alignment.
"Crows Feet" is an example of tendons which have been severely
contracted due to infection, pulling the toes under the
feet.
When an infection causes a misalignment, it is
very difficult for an adjustment (realignment) to hold in place for any period of
time. This is due to the constant pulling action (contraction) of the
tendons. Reoccurrence of the subluxation is almost inevitable when
there is a presence of infection in the tendons and surrounding tissues.
Chiropractic adjustments will be more
effective and will be more apt to stay in place, when the tendons are not
infected.
